      i) cross leg - Kan Sao and punch with roll punch
      ii) parallel leg - Kan Sao and punch with roll punch

   b) Straight punch:
      i) Larp Sao and punch with roll punch (from side neutral parallel leg)
      ii) Pak Sao and punch with roll punch (from side neutral cross leg)

c) Offensive - with half step forward:
      i) cross leg - Larp Sao and punch with roll punch
      ii) parallel leg - Pak Sao and punch with roll punch

d) Shoulder grab - eye flick and roll punch
